Several years ago a coworker recommended that I take my vehicle to Groat Road Auto Service. I had a Honda Accord that was close to 20 years old at the time, and the work needed was very expensive according other quotes I'd gotten. So I tried Groat Road Auto, the cost was more reasonable, and the work was done quickly. Over the years I have found them to be trustworthy, sensibly priced, and they provide stellar customer service. They go out of their way to help, they don't do work that doesn't need to be done, and will advise if some repairs or services can wait for awhile, so you aren't hit with an enormous bill all at once. Don and the crew kept my old Honda running smoothly for a few more years, and he was honest about it being time to let her go peacefully. Over the last few years I've taken my new-to-me car to Groat Road Auto, and have had the same excellent service. I highly recommend them....

Employees are trained professionals,
And the owner will go out of his way
To accomodate the customer. Full
Service place, oriented on prompt help
And customer satisfaction. I have known
The owner for many years, he is good....
